1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the bdtbt platform (bdtbt.com) and applies to all of its services. bdtbt is a licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the user and bdtbt. bdtbt reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdtbt.com website and its associated mobile application.
• "User" — Any individual who is registered on bdtbt or is using the platform.
• "Bet" — Placing a wager on the outcome of any event.
• "Wallet" — The user's virtual account balance on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits granted by bdtbt.

2Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use bdtbt's services, users must meet the following conditions. These requirements are strictly enforced, and failure to comply may result in account termination at any time.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on bdtbt, the user must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible. bdtbt has a strict policy against underage use of the platform. A national ID or passport may be requested for age verification.

2 .2 Registration Requirements

• Each individual is allowed only One Account can be created.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• If a single individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The email address and phone number used during registration must belong to the user.
• Bdtbt reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

Bdtbt complies with international anti-money laundering policies. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals or large bets. One of the following documents must be submitted for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

3Account Management

Users are solely responsible for the security of their bdtbt account. Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is essential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bdtbt support immediately.

3.1 Password Security

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly encouraged for added security.

3.2 Account Suspension

Bdtbt may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Suspected Fraudulent Activity
• KYC verification not completed.
• Access from Restricted Regions
• Regulatory Authority Directives

4Betting Rules

Every user must familiarize themselves with the rules in this section before placing bets on bdtbt. Following the terms and conditions makes for a smoother, more enjoyable betting experience.

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdtbt reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bdtbt's applicable policy will be followed.

4.2 Maximum & Minimum Bet Amounts

4.3 Live Betting

Live betting takes place during an active match. The following special rules apply:

• Odds may change at any moment, and the odds at the time of bet submission are final.
• If a bet is accepted late due to network delay, the odds at the time of acceptance will apply.
• Bdtbt reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets under special circumstances.

5Payments and Withdrawals

Bdtbt supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL 256-bit encryption and an automated fraud detection system is active at all times.

5.1 Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Depositing from another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

5.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails and funds have been deducted, contact bdtbt support immediately. Failed deposit amounts are typically refunded within 3–5 business days.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bdtbt regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before use.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a special welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• A specific wagering requirement applies for bonus use. Wagering Requirement must be met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.
• Bonus balance and real balance will be displayed separately.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets. Withdrawals directly from bonus funds are not permitted until the requirement is fulfilled.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in account closure.
• Bdtbt reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.

7Responsible Gaming

Bdtbt believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities. The wellbeing and mental health of every user matters to us.

7.1 Limit-Setting Tools

Bdtbt allows users to set the following limits:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: The maximum bet amount allowed at any given time.
• Session Limit: A time limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Loss Limit: A cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily excluding yourself from the platform for a set period.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtbt and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of cheating.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bdtbt's systems.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Harassment of other users.

9Limitation of Liability

Bdtbt strives to provide the most reliable service possible, but there are limits to our liability that all users should be aware of.

• Bdtbt is not liable for any betting losses resulting from technical errors or server downtime.
• Bdtbt is not responsible for missed live bets due to internet disconnection.
• Bdtbt is not liable for any loss resulting from a user sharing their password with others.
• Bdtbt is not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment provider errors.

10Amendments and Termination

Bdtbt may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or through the platform.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may contact support to close your account. However, continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
